YES! Kids are certainly welcome, but after 19:00 (7pm) there will be a change in the playlist that will not be kid-friendly.
We ask that you arrive no later than 15 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you are seated. If you arrive after the ceremony starts, you will be directed to the reception area to prevent disruption of the ceremony. No exceptions.
We have elected to go with a Garden Party/Cocktail Party dress code. It will be an outdoor ceremony in Texas mid-April, so we recommend something breathable. For more details, check out our dress code page.
Refer to your invitation for the details. If you have "& Guest" on your invitation, then you may bring someone with you. We have the right to revoke or decline your plus one if your guest will cause issues.
San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is the closest, but you can also fly into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS) which is about 1 hour 45 minute drive from San Antonio, TX.
No, we do not have a hotel block.
It's Texas, so naturally it's unpredictable. Generally though, it's going to be warm/hot. It is an outdoor wedding, so plan accordingly.
Absolutely no outside alcohol is permitted. Period. If you are interested in drinking after the ceremony, the first 100 drinks will be on us. It is not tracked who gets them, so please be polite and give everyone a chance to get a drink on us. After that, drinks are $6/ea.
